- 08.20.2008 — M&K Sound (Miller & Kreisel), which closed in February 2007, has reopened business under new ownership.
- The company's new headquarters is located in Denmark. Dolphin Group, based in Chicago, Ill., will be M&K's U.S. distributor.

- M&K's new co-owner Asger Bak says a meeting with Dolphin Group gave M&K confidence to restart business in the U.S.
- "We met with Mike Abt [president of the Dolphin Group] at the Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show in January and were immediately impressed by the scope and seriousness of their operation, which still manages to retain the atmosphere and sensibility of a dedicated family business," Bak says."The fact that 90 percent of their current turnover is repeat or referred clients speaks volumes for their integrity."
